Phase 1 – Evaluation 

No two functional spaces are the same, so we have an in depth evaluation process to ensure your space works best for YOU. Deciding what type of space you need is dependant upon many things, for example - the intended use, what equipment you need/want, the demographic of your clients or members, the knowledge and experience of your trainers, what your budget is, how much space you have, and whether it is for supervised only training, group sessions, unsupervised or a mixture of these. Most functional spaces will fall into one of the following categories:

  • Functional area within an existing gym
  • Functional PT studio (stand alone)
  • CrossFit style centre
  • Strength & Conditioning facility
  • Functional group training area on gym floor
  • Standard studio space
  • Functional studio space
  • Free weight area
  • Combat area
